Well said.  I completely agree.  I wonder if the term "demon doubt" is appropriate because, like a demon it corrupts my faith and my hope, seemingly attempts to erode my ideals, values, and attempts at being more than I have been.  Thank you for this poem, Lee.

Doubtless this is true and I have been there a long time ago. A place like a bottomless pit where there is no light and it seems that in every direction you try to go it only ends up being nowhere. I may write about it in a one off separate topic.
