I write down the numbers, next to the date, on my phone, 95, apple. 15, rice cake. 10, energy drink. .5, ibuprofen. I indent, that's all for today. It still feels like too much. I feel like too much. I stand up to walk to the scale, and I see stars, and I fall to the ground. that's the first time I started wishing, I didn't see the world as numbers.

I See The World As Numbers
I write down the numbers, next to the date, on my phone, 95, apple. 15, rice cake. 10, energy drink. .5, ibuprofen. I indent, that's all for today. It still feels like too much. I feel like too much. I stand up to walk to the scale, and I see stars, and I fall to the ground. that's the first time I started wishing, I didn't see the world as numbers.
I'm starting to recover, and I'm proud that my keyboard stops auto filling calories when I type "how"
