Words by Elizabeth Hensley To the tune of, "Yankee Doodle" Uncle Martin came to town Riding in his spaceship. He crashed right into the ground When giving Air Force planes the slip! Uncle Martin keep it up! Uncle Martin dandy! Your antennae slip right in your head Which makes them nice and handy! Uncle Martin came from Mars And landed on our Planet. I don't know what he thinks of it, Except it's wild I'll grant it! Uncle Martin keep it up! Uncle Martin dandy! Your antennae slip right in your head Which keeps them nice and handy!

UNCLE MARTIN a fannish filk song
This is a filk song Some say it is because the tune was filched from other music. Others say it came from a typo from the word, 'folk.' You can see it in color with pictures at http://tinyurl.com/poemsoffaithandevolution
