Here stand I Ageless, changeless, the same ever since I became aware Outside, everything changed and even my face in the mirror Has become a stranger to me Wrinkles, scanty hair, arms sagging- I forget And meet the birds with my heart echoing their vibrant youthful song. Here I stand, Watching, as the bug crawls across this screen Attracted by the light and falls off, Only to try again And Fail. I wait to see him climb again. Here am I ageless, timeless I watching me,my fingers type. and my mind spews out its content But am I My mind watching myself?
