Hello! This is perfectly acceptable as an English Haiku and it's a very good first attempt. There are 27 syllables in this piece though and I noticed that when you commented last on my Haiku it seemed you didn't understand what syllables were. That's okay and as a beginning writer I 100% made the same mistakes--     by syllable count we mean spoken vowels/ consonants. For example, the name "Susan" has two syllables. You can tell how many syllables are in a word by saying it slow. You can hear that Susan is pronounced Suh-San here, so you can see that Susan is two syllables!   

In this poem the first line of the stanza is "The flowers in garden blossoms". This is eight syllables and you can tell by sounding out the words, like so: The  Flow-ers in gar-den bloss-oms. Do you see what I mean? It's awesome that you're starting to write and experiment with structure at such a young age, I was a TOTAL idiot at first when I started writing. When I learned how to sound words it really helped me out. 

so here, my Haiku was :

depression comes
like a roaring wave
to wash me away.

to find the syllable count we just sound out the words like I showed you. So it would be:

Dep-ress-ion co-mes   ---5 syllables
li-ke a roa-ring wa-ve  ---7 syllables
to wash me a-way       --- 5 syllables
