Of the stars in the sky, some faded, others bright. Briefly I join them, bringing end to the night. Of the Sun I'm prologue, I come before the day. I guide the mighty Sun, and I show him the way. Of the peoples of Earth, for who I do labour. The name they've given me, is no longer favoured. Of darkness they image, when people hear my name. Malevolence and fear, It is me who they blame. My name has been spoken, from near here and a far. Lucifer they call me, I am the Morning Star.
