Tonight I looked my dog in her tiny cosmic-marble eyes and for a moment I felt like we both understood that our love here and now is temporary and rash We've talked about how the weather ails her old bones and what happens when she passes and leaves me behind I wish she knew how much I truly cherish her

Tonight I looked my dog in her tiny cosmic-marble eyes and for a moment I felt like we both understood that our love here and now is temporary and rash We've talked about how the weather ails her old bones and what happens when she passes and leaves me behind I wish she knew how much I truly cherish her
I think my dog might positively outlive me.
