Followed there tracks
Kissed them gently
from your cheeks to your chin

beside you in your car
who heard your breaking heart
when you cried in the dark
If only it were me
who hugged you
on your first heart-break
Wrote your stories
when you're too scared to speak
If only it were ME instead of HER.
