I try to reply with a smart *** remark to cover up my jealousy.
"Oohh.. You're jealous!" You coo in a teasing manner.
"Absolutely not." I lie.
"Yes you are" you tease me more.
"Absolutely...not!" I cry.
"Whatever." You snort.
You leave,
A smirk on your face.
It was as if you knew I was lying.
But was I?
Absolutely not.
