But all at once
It unfurled
On the sidewalk

In shock
Bloodied and broken
And craving words
Unspoken
Cruel and cold
And deep red
Bold
Slipping and sighing
And bleeding out
Dying
He once held me in arms
So strong and firm
Hard
I thought he'd **** for me
But in the end
He killed me.
