i lifted the boxes from left to right counting all the contents my mind drifting far away from the clothes on my back i was with you sometimes smiling through the daily routines i was bound to i knew i had found a life in yours a substance i wasn’t familiar with you are the first a question so alive in my memories eyes i had believed it a myth it seemed a whole life or the years i could call these walking the Earth i had been a lone solider noticing sentiments in the way you spoke my reflection in your eyes as my body con caved from those words i knew it was real an elixir pulsing through my veins you could feel it leaking out of my heart into yours i always knew i would lost in learning i had to make myself believe i didn’t need it or want it because i knew it was the essence the missing piece well hidden from plain site you are my first if you have to leave i trust you i can believe you’re there in my heart but you will and will never be mine you are the Earths and the lights a fellow nefelibata a solider sometimes holding my hand this ride could take us anywhere i don’t mind you are my first
