I’ve led a good life with its dim end. I’m here now, ending it slowly. As long as God intended. I don’t make pretend being a good Christian. Just Christian. Faith — not as salvation, but stance. Belief, not as redemption, it’s my choice. With the soul as my witness, I’ve walked the Dusts of the Earth, tasted the Fires of Purity, seen the Light of the Holy. I’ve touched upon ashes of the Graceless, heard the wail of Hades, held the tears of the Unredeemed. I gained gravity. I’ve lost longevity. The soul is no longer of my possession.
