I am that girl finding her purpose,
Ambitious, but lost.
I am that girl longing for love,
Hopeful, yet doubts if she's worthy.
I am that girl waiting for validation,
Hiding insecurity
I am that girl, seeking for answers
Lost, doubtful, insecure
It's been a long and tiring journey
Of chasing the unknown and uncertainty
When the answer I was looking for,
Was with me all along
"Allow me to guide you"
"Allow me to love you"
"Allow me to show you how special you are"
His gentle whisper
He found me
His love rescued me
His name is Jesus, the name above all
Who's always been there, waiting for me
To open the doors of my heart
So He can fill the void with His perfect love
Gone is the girl
Who was lost, doubtful, insecure

Found, Loved, Secured
