"Love me!" cried the girl Who wanted so much more But it seemed she was too little And too much of a bore "You cannot hold all my love," Chided her wary mother "You are just too small. Why don't you ask your brother?" He responded with distaste After she asked him meekly "You cannot have my love, You are just too girly." And so she begged her father A grand and mighty beast He chuckled and scoffed lightly Baring his shiny teeth So the girl ran to a mirror And cried with all she had Because even her reflection Didn't love her back
