Cry a river of tears, leading to an ocean of pain,
Close your eyes and try to imagine, you can’t even begin.
A day with no sun, a valley without rain,
Can’t even describe the anguish I am in.
I can give you no reason, offer no insight.
The only thing I know, the pain I feel inside.
Repeatedly I’ve asked myself, Will I be alright?
No answer ever came, so through the times I cried.
The sadness consumes me, I can’t stop the tears,
The pain is overwhelming, so much that I can’t see.
The loneliness surrounds me, bringing closer all my fears.
All of this is too much, I long to be set free.
