Marathon

If my fight is over,

Then why does it feel

Like I am running a Marathon?

Why does it always feel like I am

Desperate for air, wanting this fight to be over?

Why does it always feel like I am

looking for a way around the challenges

that are constantly being thrown in my direction?

Why do I always feel weak,

But strong enough to admit it?

*Because you are living life.

And in life you are always running,

even if nothing is chasing you.*
