The Morning starts with sleepy eyes Fragrance floats on summer wind Beneath the covers sorry sighs Life is short, in death to end The Noon is time for all to grow Fragrance floats on summer wind And sunlight hides the world’s shadow Life is short, in death to end Afternoon grows long and weary Fragrance floats on summer wind Every answer adds a query Life is short, in death to end Evening finds the sun now setting Fragrance floats on summer wind To use twilight for forgetting Life is short, in death to end In the Night the eyes will close Fragrance floats on summer wind For undetermined time to doze Life was short, this is the end.

Fool's Song
This one was an assignment- to write whatever we wanted, in the style of Feste from the Twelfth Night.  So this is my "nonsense song".  Can you spot the metaphor?
