Give It Back

You stole my heart away

like that boy when he stole my skateboard.

You cared for it

like how I cared for the first pet I ever had.

You loved it

like my one teacher's love for books.

You broke it

like when I broke the ropes of my favorite swing.

Now, you're refusing it to give back

like when my stupid brother never gave me back my toys.
