Her face comes up when I replace my negative thoughts All I could need simply fades Distant, but still I know the scent of her where I can almost taste and feel The senses are as real as when we dream I do not suppress myself but allow to express in me that which comes from me For if I retain it would end in eternal pain This is not to obtain or gain but to make amends To my heart for what my mind has done

Not her but I
Her face comes up when I replace my negative thoughts All I could need simply fades Distant, but still I know the scent of her where I can almost taste and feel The senses are as real as when we dream I do not suppress myself but allow to express in me that which comes from me For if I retain it would end in eternal pain This is not to obtain or gain but to make amends To my heart for what my mind has done
