frog feet lean towards him they bound and leap but reptile metaphors hold no agency when frogs are actually amphibians. gills or no gills, the feet pendulum. One reptile life is not enough. lay out options lie to me. give me lungs AND gills. The water murks and reflects a familiar hue, the land beckons i want to breathe
