The rain has been falling, from high in the sky, At moments, descending faster than others, Like days of trauma, when tears, flow out from my eyes. A dark gray and white sky, my view through the droplets, Clinging to the window, and screen, a gloomy day, or a gift, From mother nature, a beautiful scene. The zoysia grass now dormant, a light color brown, a contrast, To the tall bare trees, in the back ground, their leaf’s have fallen, One by one, down to the ground. A little over a week, too the, Celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ, without his arrival, If any humans, were still around today, my thoughts, can not, Venture that way. The rain will cease, leaving a canvas, for the sun to paint, a bright, Colorful sky. Jesus, is with all of us, Get know him, you will never have a lonely day, or many tears, From your eye's, Jesus is easy to find, go to your place of peace, No distractions, think back to the first wireless communication, Fold your hands together, as an antenna, and pray. Always remember, The reason for this season, Tell Jesus, happy birthday, on Christmas day. The original Tom Maxwell /Poems © 12/16/2025 AD Minister ULC / Philosopher
