I woke up this morning curled up between my pillows reaching across the sheets instantly knowing you are n o t t h e r e I stayed up a little longer listened to the birds and how sadly they chirp for your absence so I hid my face on the flat sheet of tears I shed every night probing the every fabric for your scent
