Guilty I am Indeed, I am guilty But not of what I am blamed. Guilty I am Of having believed. Of having fathomed I had beside me A warrior who would fight by my side. Guilty I am Of having battled Against the signs of neglect Boredom and rejection. Guilty I am Of having believed in the depths of sentiments In the values of humanity In the power of gratitude And the sustenance of care. Guilty I am Of having believed we were same. But, indeed, we are different.

Mea Culpa
