I watched
As a leaf
Flew skyward
Instead of downward
Blurring the edges of the forest
A visual rest
A flight
More serious than Icarus
Like a baby rocking in a cradle
But bound sky high
With breezy silent lullabye
A flight of a leaf
Enlightened a brief belief
A poet's peace
