When I die and lay down for my final rest Do not mourn the time we could have had But celebrate the time we was together Remember me not with sorrow But remember me with a smile and a laughter When I die and lay down for my final rest Do not mourn what was taken from you But celebrate what you was given Remember not: that all that is given will be taken But that all that will be taken is given to you When I die and lay down for my final rest Do not mourn me, I’m not dead Celebrate me, I’m still alive Remember me and I will not die But remember only if you want to When I die and lay down for my final rest Do not mourn that I died Celebrate that I have lived till now Remember that life isn’t eternal But remember that love is

When I Die
