I keep making scenarios of the day that you'd come back. But I need to stop fooling myself That one day you'll love me back. I know you love her and I envy her for that. She doesn't appreciate every little thing about you. Like the way you talk about your car or your favorite superhero. The way your face lights up when I would get you your favorite slushy. Its like watching a little kid getting a birthday cake. I envy her for, she gets to watch you light up. I keep making scenarios of the day that you'd come back. But I need to stop fooling myself That one day you'll miss me back. -D.G.
