I feel this, all of it. Recently I had a sort of revelation that we are all chasing primarily one thing in life, approval. And the best approval? It comes from ourselves, it&#8217;s guaranteed, bullet proof.

But what does self approval mean, how does that translate to real life? It&#8217;s simply in trusting who you are; what is told to you by your senses, your feelings, your thoughts, your gut&#8230; trust in these, and that no matter what the situation it&#8217;s just where you are meant to be at that moment, and to embrace the now whether bad or good for your self approval shields from the pain and enhances the joy.

Maybe it&#8217;s something that must be learned first hand, but it&#8217;s so very true, the best love is live of you.
