The road is not enough for us to walk upon, Catching our breathe beneath the sunbeams, Your sweet smile never fails to amaze me, Yet I must not dwell on the choice to leave thee. Beneath the sun, your smirk could make seas still— Your lips could shape my world through kisses surreal. No one could ever surpass your hellish attitude, Leaving the rest of me as it should. Those who read this might expect a happy ending, But I must break the smile your memory keeps lending. I made a mistake that cast me down from heaven— Now she's gone, my life and my pride—indeed, I am broken.
