A Driven Lost Life

Driving on the open road

Her image appeared

While my mind draw blank

How can this be

It was only yesterday

I delivered the final blow

Words with a lashing tongue

Never felt so much pressure

Easing with an unbearable notion

Losing hurts the inner soul

Riding this endless road

I see a cliff

Now I'm running on empty

Another life not needed

In a world of trouble

I leave nothing behind

As the flames enter

A vehicle with one soul
