A soothing, cold, peachy ice tea;
One for you,
And one for me.
On a sun lounge,
By the sea.
Knowing that we’re
Meant to be
Seems to mean
The world to me.
Snuggled tight
In colder days,
Living through
A thickening haze
Unaware of what’s ahead
But knowing you’ll
Be swiftly led
To stay beside me
In my bed.
And you’ll remember
When I said
Together forever
In your head.
And we’ll stay strong
Through thick and thin
Till death do us part,
And forever we’ll win.
Because we can’t lose
When we are beside
One another still
Nothing to hide
And we know
We are content inside.
And we will stay united
And full of pride.
