i’m not going to apologize for the way I’ve worshiped your body and soul
for the delicious way your skin curves
for how the sight of you has ignited a fire within me
your body is as much who you are as the soul
I’ve loved them both
i’ve desired them both with equal passion
to travel the sensual path I seek requires this
true beauty is the fusion of body and soul
i have never been able to separate one from the other
the whole being ignites the person
illuminating the night sky like a meteor shower
and so
i won’t apologize for these songs which sing carnal praises of your soul and flesh
