Living truly
"Safe"
will be
the death
of us
All
It's already begun
we are so obsessed with being safe
we have lost sight of living,
of understanding that risk is mitigated, not totally avoidable
and of realizing, that our children will have no fear of harm
because we have taught them to avoid pain, and protected them from making mistakes, too the point that they can't understand what it means to be alive, or to learn, from their own decisions.
The seeds have been sown
what's planted and grown
not thoughts of their own
risks, fear, and mistakes
virtually
unknown
