Smooth hands Tastefully long nails Clean and rounded Pump of lotion Smell of vanilla And sweet linen So pretty So dainty She puts on her watch Gold and elegant She reaches for her perfume Sprays lightly Covering herself With dignity and grace Finishes zipping the back of her dress Black and fitted Confident and composed Ready for the funeral To which she thought she’d never go
