The vaporous air clings To my winter window. I draw a childish happy face With my middle finger, And press my nose Where Happy's should be; Thinking to transfer a smile, Subtlely, As Veronica.

Veronica's Veil
The vaporous air clings To my winter window. I draw a childish happy face With my middle finger, And press my nose Where Happy's should be; Thinking to transfer a smile, Subtlely, As Veronica.
Veronica's veil supposedly has the image of Christ's face on it.
