Moments of fleeting happiness In an otherwise depressive mind It’s the oddest thing really I feel like I’m right here But my mind is a million miles away I put on my best face Day after day But the truth is I feel nothing at all So as the days grow dim And the shadows lengthen We settle in for the long dark As I start to feel like I’m drowning In an ocean of bleak nothing As I start to drift away I just remember one thing It will get better And I will never give up

Seasonal Depression
Moments of fleeting happiness In an otherwise depressive mind It’s the oddest thing really I feel like I’m right here But my mind is a million miles away I put on my best face Day after day But the truth is I feel nothing at all So as the days grow dim And the shadows lengthen We settle in for the long dark As I start to feel like I’m drowning In an ocean of bleak nothing As I start to drift away I just remember one thing It will get better And I will never give up
I feel like I am suffering from seasonal depression I just wanted to write about it If you suffer from depression Please don’t be afraid to talk about it I love you
