Whatever the distance
my mind and body
travels in time,
journey’s end
is us united
in the same
sacred place
where it began.
There, twinned
loving hearts
where our eyes
met magnetically.
From here on,
our souls are
twinned as one.
We fell in love
destined to last
far longer than
a lifetime’s span.
Fixed for eternity.
