From the darkness within
Lead me to the light
For my heart to rebuild
Ironically
The sadness within me
Seems to be the closest thing
I can get to feeling happy
My eyes are shut
Closed to the world
Dwelling darkened streets
I have no purpose no goal
Without my heart I'm simply hollow
I can't feel
the sun on my skin
No warmth no light
Just darkness within
