Thoughts of prolonging
life through vegetables &
tea are greedy. *sighs*

I do those things cause
they taste delicious, & I
work out to feel good.

But I drink, often.
I smoke occasionally.
My body's been through hell.

I'd rather die tomorrow
than live to be like
100 years old.

My mind shutters
to think what this world will be
like at that point. *sighs*

I don't want to live too long,
I'll know when my time
is up, hopefully.

I wouldn't mind living to 100, only to see who the PM is that sends me my telegram. I would only do it if I could have my wife around and we were still in our right minds. Otherwise, it wouldn't be worth it. Love the poem.

I wouldn't mind living living for longer than I no doubt will&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;there is so much on/of this beautiful planet to see&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;(whats left of that)
but in good health not the decent into decrepitude which unfortunately isn't the reality of old age&nbsp;&nbsp; Lol

I wouldn't want to live through literally everyone I know dying.&nbsp;&nbsp;Not just the obvious ones like your parents, grandparents, etc...but cousins, younger siblings, friends.

I agree with most of this. Except, I want to make it to one hundred, so I can punch a cop in the ferry terminal, just to see the "100 year old man punches cop in the ferry terminal." headlines. I want to crash a bread truck into an applebee's, in the same day... Only then could I die, fulfilled. :-)
