They make a mockery of the beauty of life Poison to pleasure, vice to virtue. In godless strife we are made to wander The more used the taste, the lust for *** The weaker the sensation becomes Punishment for overindulgence in pleasure Delirium tremins, venereal disease Pleasure is a feedback, not a goal it seems.
