They say that fathers are supposed to be their daughters first love, their hero, their supporter, and their lifeline But I have never felt that way What I have felt from my father was coldness, carelessness, selfishness, and a sense of irresponsibility I kept telling myself that things will get better But it never did My father, he acts like a perfect family man, and back at home, he doesn't care at all Maybe in another life, I'll have a father that loves me for who I am Maybe in another life, I'll have a father who loves my mother Maybe in another life, my father will work to improve himself Maybe in another life, my family will together celebrate my success And maybe, maybe in another life, I'll have a sister to survive with
