The lesson Easter taught, never fading, Is that life's journey has no ending, Love's flame forever abiding, Let's sing, with joy transcending. Raise our voices, high and bold, Rejoice, as heaven's gates unfold, Nature, too, in chorus joins, Witnessing resurrection, it enjoins. Behold the green, newborn shoots, From earth to heavens, they take roots, Trees unfurl, buds burst in bloom, A rebirth of life, dispelling gloom. Easter's promise, faithfully fulfilled, Gift of hope, whispers, instilled, In our hearts, a fresh renewal, Tomorrow's dawn, life's grand revival. By Paul Baldry (LongJohn)

A Promise Kept

A quiet reflection on Easter’s enduring promise—life beyond endings, love that remains, and hope reborn in both heart and earth. Through simple lines, it captures renewal, resilience, and the gentle certainty that tomorrow always comes.
