Let It Out

Troubled -

It keeps on bothering my mind;

Not sure of what to do

To ease this lingering feeling.

With sweaty cold palms

And exhausted look on my face,

Thinking to myself

How long I could endure.

I decided to deal with it

Than to continue on running away;

As soon as I let this feeling out,

I find bliss within.
