No alluring words No honey, No darling No sweet compliments No flattery either Call me by my name Only by my name The most effective compliment The most beautiful word i love to hear Names are like magic The sweetest sound to one's ears It's an ode to one and all Not chosen but given The tradition goes on The most entrancing compliment A word so soothing to the ears Names are enchanting spells Does mine rings any bell? Name is an identity A token of individuality And now when you meet someone Touch their heart by calling their name A name is not just a name A touch to the listener's soul The sweetest and paramount of all the languages known!
