It lives in my chest, this ancient feeling The hum in my throat And the way that you wrote My name next to yours Means a lifetime of going, can turn into slowing And the difference is showing, between hoping and knowing, between dying and growing Written before by old ghosts in robes They knew what it was it drew them up to the clouds It came to me one night and I too took flight
