*It’s two in the morning I am yet to sleep The sky flashes, restless The clouds roar, everything weeps. I shiver, but I'm excited And I really don't know why Music, mysterious jazz Grayscale. Moonlight. Sigh. What dreams will I see tonight? And I dream awake In this new, dark world My senses alight, mind a lucid lake. Like standing on a cliff with the wind in my hair Fleets of sprinting clouds, distant roaring sea in my ear I look forward to the morning tomorrow But it’s the uncertain present I fear.*
