Solemn Pose

Where the first petals of rose begin to color.

On the other side of morning,

At the end of the night.

I will be there, waiting

In solemn pose

For the beauty of your sight.

Where the stars no longer shimmer

At the end of worlds we know.

I will be there, waiting

In solemn pose

For the love I’ll never know.
