did you drink enough? the taste of hope lingers on your tongue did you eat enough? sticky fingers pulling your fibers apart I am soft fruit in a steel world your fingers leave their mark in my flesh do you feel the chill in the air? filling your lungs with every inch of me what does it taste like for you? they say victory is bittersweet.

Edge of glory
did you drink enough? the taste of hope lingers on your tongue did you eat enough? sticky fingers pulling your fibers apart I am soft fruit in a steel world your fingers leave their mark in my flesh do you feel the chill in the air? filling your lungs with every inch of me what does it taste like for you? they say victory is bittersweet.
