Promises and worries get ignored or disappear
Wars end, begin and carry on
Answers gained today, some right, some wrong
Words said with meaning, or without
Lingering whispers all about
Peaceful thoughts getting lost in a maze
Distraught confusion leaving all in a daze
Empty rooms getting dusty in vain
Starving flowers having daydreams of rain*
