I'm not in the ocean - Cement blocks as my anchor, Waves pushing the force of the water Down my throat, Up my nose, Everywhere inside until I'm submerged And choking On air Because I'm not in the ocean. You created that world, Acted like you care, And then walked away, Leaving me gasping for breath While surrounded by air - Each second A game, Like all I was to you
