I run in a race called life
In a race raging for life
A runner beyond runners
In the race of my life
Theres veterans here
In this race i run
Im just tryin to finish
A rookie i am caught in a jam
Unprepared for the run
I give it my all to escape the fall
In this race of my life
And when the race is finished
And the crowd is cheering
The race will be done
But for now i must settle down
And run in this race called life
